Modern Craft Inspiration: Tamara Maynes

I saw a pin of her DIY Quilt Lamps (template available for purchase here) and proceeded to fall down a rabbit hole of inspiration when looking through designer Tamara Maynes' work. Her tagline is "New Craft Raconteuse" and I love that. She experiments with all sorts of mediums and has been featured all over the place, most recently at the London Design Festival. Talk about bursting with creativity!

It's hard to pick a favorite, but I think I like her metal wall art and her Quilt Light concept the best. You can pick up both of these via her online shop, The Six Week Boutique. But her black and white cross stitch is also quite compelling, isn't it? I spotted something similar when I was able to dash into Liberty of London during our England trip.
