Hehe, I had exactly the same problem the first time I tried out our new oven. Everything is going so quickly all of a sudden. And I burned my hand too! Actually, the manuals of all the devices (and even the cupboards and surfaces) are stacking in the bottom drawer in the kitchen and I haven't even found time or energy to read them. Maybe I should, before I burn the place down or something. :-D
