Baked eggs are marvelous. If you've never tried them, try them. Cheap, easy, fast. They also are a nice way to use up the little bits of leftovers that are in your fridge, that stub of sausage, that last half of an onion, the lone cherry tomato rolling around in the vegetable drawer. Check out this post at What Katie Ate for more details.
Are you an egg person? What's your favorite way to eat an egg? I love an egg fried, over easy. I usually just go for a hard boiled one though.

I am soooo an egg person. When I am in Germany I have an egg just about every morning for breakfast. (but States visits it's all about the much missed sausage)
I like fried eggs over medium, but the hubster likes hard soft boiled. Unfortunately I eat more hard boiled than I would like... the little guy can make a big mess, I can clean it up, and still come back to a warm egg.
Hope you're getting your fill of hearty breakfast treats... with real syrup!
my favorite egg is a scrambled egg in an ameriacan breakfast, when we travel the USA... :)
